Information For New Patients
Appointments for acupuncture and massage are available at our Iona office on McGregor Blvd. in Fort Myers six days a week, Monday thru Saturday starting as early as 9AM and as late as 8PM, based on availability. We also offer out-calls to Sanibel & Captiva Islands and the Iona-McGregor neighborhood. Please see our service menu or call our office for more for details. We have several Licensed Massage Therapists and Acupuncturists on our staff and we strive to be as responsive as possible to your scheduling needs but please provide us with as much notice as possible. We often have same day appointments available if the request is made earlier in the day. Not all of our therapists are available every day so if you have a preference for one of our staff members please book ahead. Our business is quite seasonal so during peaks times please forgive us if it takes a little longer to get an appointment.
Cancellation Policy
If within 24 hours, please call us at (239) 437-9355.
(*Email/text is not sufficient under 24 hours prior to appointment time.)
Inside 4 hours, up to 100% of service cost will be charged.
If a client is unable to attend a scheduled appointment, he or she may designate a substitute to attend the appointment. The substitute is then responsible for the cost of the service. Prior notification of substitution is appreciated, but not necessary.

To enhance the value of a treatment, the following guidelines are important:
– It is important that you eat before your treatment but do not eat an especially large meal immediately before (or after) your treatment.
